Benjamin Di Marco

Ben leads WTW’s cyber and technology risk insurance team in Australia and New Zealand. His work focuses on helping clients understand their data security exposure and tailoring responsive resiliency and insurance solutions. Ben has over 14 years of experience as an admitted solicitor specialising in technology risk, insurance, data privacy, incident response and dispute resolution. In addition to his role at WTW, Ben sits on numerous advisory bodies, is the Vice President of the Australasian Society of Computers and Law, and guest lectures at 5 universities on topics including Insurance, Cyber and Technology Law, Information Security and Data-Governance.
