Dale Bowie

Dale Bowie is IBM Security's worldwide software architect for the QRadar Network Detection and Response (NDR) portfolio. Since graduating over a decade ago with a degree in software engineering and artificial intelligence, Dale has developed vendor products in a variety of security domains. This began with some early multi-factor authentication access management software, before moving into network security spaces such as intrusion detection/prevention systems and Secure Access Service Edge systems. For the past 7 years, Dale has been working in the QRadar NDR portfolio, holding various engineering and product ownership leadership positions across that time. Dale is also an IBM Master Inventor, a title given to individuals who have made innovative contributions to IBM's patent portfolio and defensive publications.
