Joss is a seasoned security expert with a diverse 25-year background spanning the military, finance, corporate, and professional service industries. Her expertise lies in cyber strategy, governance, and risk management, where she provides guidance to business leaders and top executives on navigating the complexities of this domain to safeguard their operations effectively. She holds the CISSP and ISSMP certifications and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and in 2021, earned notable recognition as an AWSN IT Security Champion.

Joss is highly active in the community, often participating in speaking engagements and panel discussions, and contributes articles on topics such as cyber risk, cyber fraud, regulations, and data privacy, helping to foster cyber resilience. Joss is affiliated with the AISA NSW Branch and Women on Boards, and serves on the advisory board for a startup business.
