Luke Bradley

Luke Bradley is a Director at Alvarez and Marsal Disputes and Investigations, Forensic Technology practice in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Bradley specializes in digital forensic investigations and his primary area of expertise are fraud investigations, misconduct investigations, intellectual property theft investigations, dispute matters and data recovery requests.

Mr. Bradley is a seasoned digital forensics practitioner with a remarkable track record of providing expert technical evidence at local, district and supreme courts of Australia. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of digital forensics, specifically mobile and computer forensics have consistently proven invaluable in helping courts understand complex technical matters, making him a trusted and sought-after expert in the legal arena.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bradley was Director of Forensics with consulting firm KordaMentha. There he provided professional services, including mobile and computer forensics, forensic investigations, search warrant & Anton pillar assistance and cyber security services across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to that, he served in the New South Wales Police Force, in roles both as a Police Officer and civilian attached to the Digital Forensics Unit where he led teams of Digital Forensic Analysts, in both overt and covert operations, in addition to leading a team of technical trainers, developing capability and delivering Digital Forensic equipment and training to 17,000 front line police.

Mr. Bradley has also held Technical Training roles with Cellebrite, a digital intelligence company that specializes in providing technology solutions for law enforcement, military and intelligence agencies, as well as corporate organizations.

Mr. Bradley earned a Master of Cyber Security (specialization in Digital Forensics) from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Science (Cyber Security & Forensic Computing) from the University of South Australia, a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Forensics from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Policing from Charles Sturt University. He holds numerous vendor forensic certifications and is a Justice of the Peace (JP) for New South Wales.
