Melissa is a multi-industry project manager, with over a decade’s worth of expertise in construction, Defence, technology and cyber security. Melissa specialises in delivering complex projects and programs in high-risk public and private environments, with strategic acumen, innovation, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. Her passions involve exploring the felt human experience, drawing upon my diversity as a building architect and theatrical circus and dance performer. Melissa strives to lead with logic, empathy and creativity to build ethical and safe team cultures.
