Jacqueline Jayne (JJ) is a highly skilled communicator whose approach connects with technical and non-technical audiences in an easy-to-understand and engaging way.

JJ served as the Security Awareness Advocate for the APAC region for KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness and simulated phishing platform. In this role, she provided a consistent and trusted voice to the ever-changing cyber threat landscape, significantly impacting the way businesses approach talking about cybersecurity awareness training with their employees.

Before her time at KnowBe4, JJ led a successful cybersecurity education and awareness program that changed behaviour and created a security culture.

JJ breaks down technological barriers by shifting the conversation from training and phishing to engagement and culture, making cybersecurity accessible to everyone. Her approach of using relatable language and humour resonates, providing individuals of all ages with practical steps to enhance their cybersecurity hygiene.

Attendees of her presentations and talks attest to a change in perspective, with many deciding to be more 'mindful' and aware of their cybersecurity practices.
